Matar Mushroom Masala

Ingredients

  • 100 gm- Mushroom Chopped
  • 1 Cup – Green Peas
  • 1 Tbsp – Ghee
  • 5 – Crushed Black Pepper
  • 4 – Crushed Cloves
  • Pinch of – Asafoetida
  • 2-3 – Green Chillies Chopped
  • 1 – Onion Chopped
  • 1 – Tomato Chopped
  • 1 tbsp – Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 Tsp – Cumin Seeds
  • 1 Tsp – Mustard Seeds
  • 1 Tsp – Red Chilli Powder
  • 1/4 tsp – Turmeric
  • Salt to Taste
  • 1 tsp – Coriander Powder
  • Pinch of – Garam Masala
  • Water as required

Process

In a wok heat ghee / butter / oil add in crushed black pepper & cloves.

Now add asafoetida, splutter cumin seeds and mustard seeds.

Fry some green chillies, onion & ginger garlic paste. When these are cooked then add tomato and cook it well.

Add powder spices ( red chilli powder, turmeric, salt, coriander powder & garam masala ). Fry them with a dash of water.

Now add green peas & chopped mushroom. Mix them properly and then add 1/4 cup of water and cover it. Let them cook for at least 5-6 minutes.

Then it is ready to be served with paratha, roti , rice etc. Enjoyyyy
