Matar Mushroom Masala
- 100 gm- Mushroom Chopped
- 1 Cup – Green Peas
- 1 Tbsp – Ghee
- 5 – Crushed Black Pepper
- 4 – Crushed Cloves
- Pinch of – Asafoetida
- 2-3 – Green Chillies Chopped
- 1 – Onion Chopped
- 1 – Tomato Chopped
- 1 tbsp – Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 Tsp – Cumin Seeds
- 1 Tsp – Mustard Seeds
- 1 Tsp – Red Chilli Powder
- 1/4 tsp – Turmeric
- Salt to Taste
- 1 tsp – Coriander Powder
- Pinch of – Garam Masala
- Water as required
In a wok heat ghee / butter / oil add in crushed black pepper & cloves.
Now add asafoetida, splutter cumin seeds and mustard seeds.
Fry some green chillies, onion & ginger garlic paste. When these are cooked then add tomato and cook it well.
Add powder spices ( red chilli powder, turmeric, salt, coriander powder & garam masala ). Fry them with a dash of water.
Now add green peas & chopped mushroom. Mix them properly and then add 1/4 cup of water and cover it. Let them cook for at least 5-6 minutes.
Then it is ready to be served with paratha, roti , rice etc. Enjoyyyy
