Hello everyone,
this time we brought a unique recipe of Aloo Makhana salad. It’s very easy to cook and give a new flavour to your routine food for fasting days. Enjoyyyy
Ingredients
Aloo- 3 chopped
Roasted peanuts-1 cup crushed
and semi crushed
Makhana / Lotus seeds-shallow fried
Green chillies-1-2 chopped
Rock salt to taste
Cumin seeds-1/2 tsp
Oil/ghee-1 tbsp
Process
Heat oil in a wok, and fry Lotus seeds.You can shallow fry / roast them too.
Take a microwave safe dish and add hot oil, cumin seeds & green chillies.Microwave it on high for 2 minutes.
After 2 minutes take out dish & add potatoes, sprinkle some salt. Now cover it then place it in microwave on high for 4 minutes.
After 4 minutes stir potatoes, then again cover it and place it in microwave on high for another 2 minutes.
Now uncovered dish and add Lotus seeds, roasted and semi crushed pea nuts and rock salt.
Mix well, garnish it with pomegranate seeds and serve it on fasting days.
