Hello Everyone,
Today we came back with another lunch box idea ,especially for kids.This recipe is Multi-Fruits Layered Paratha.
You can make it for everyone ,but you will be very happy when your kids will eat it and they will not guess any hidden stuffing. 😁
This paratha is very delicious & healthy for everyone. It’s a great option for fussy kids😁
Who don’t like to have fruits for them its good way to feed them fruits .
Multi-Fruits Layered Paratha
Ingredients
For Stuffing :
- Potatoes – 1 Cup Boiled & Mashed
- Kiwi Finely chopped- 1/2 cup
- Apple Finely chopped- 1/2 Cup
- Lemon Juice- 2 tsp
- Cinnamon Powder- 1/4 tsp
- Chaat Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Salt to Taste
- Red Chilli Powder-1/4 tsp
- Turmeric – Pinch of
- Black Pepper Powder-1/4 tsp ( Optional )
- Cheese as Required
- Coriander Leaves- 2 tsp
For Paratha :
- Wheat flour Dough ( Flour + Salt + Water)
- Ghee / Butter
Process
Add mashed potatoes in a bowl then add all above mentioned ingredients and combine well.Then set aside stuffing.
Take medium size balls out of dough, then roll out 2 chapatis / sheets from that balls.
Apply some ghee / butter on one chapati / sheet then spread evenly stuffing. Then cover it with another chapati / sheet & seal it properly. For impression / design use Fork , for this check our video.👆
Then place this paratha on heated pan / tawa. Apply some ghee / butter, after some time flip it over.And roast it till you get crisp paratha.
Then place on plate & cut it and Enjoyyyy 🙂
