First boil water in a pot, then add 2 Tbsp of papad khaar. And boil it for 1-2 minutes. Then put it aside, we need luke warm water only .
In a big plate add all above mentioned ingredients, and mix them well. Now add gradually warm papad khaar water and knead semi soft dough.
Give a rest of 5 minutes to this dough, then take out a big ball size of dough and give a shape of bowl as shown in the picture. While doing this you can apply some oil too.
Now take a pressure cooker and put one bowl and a sieve to steam dhokla .Then add 2 glasses of water.
Now place all dhokla on sieve one upon one.Close the cooker lid and take 8-10 whistles on low flame. When it’s pressure is gone completely then open the lid take out dhokla.
These dhoklas are traditionally served with urad daal, til / sesame oil jaggery etc.
Do not add turmeric in this recipe.Actually Turmeric can not be used in papad khaar recipe.
