- 1 Tsp- Coriander Powder/dhaniya powder
- 1 Tbsp- Coriander Leaves
- Oil- As required or 2-3 Tbsp
- Big Green Chillies- 5
First wash big green chillies (non spicy) and pet them dry.
Then make a slit as shown in video.
Take besan or gram flour in a separate bowl then add all dry ingredients i.e.
carom seeds, fennel seeds, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt to taste, dry mango powder, pinch of asafoetida, coriander powder and coriander leaves.
Mix all dry ingredients with the help of spoon and make a whole in it, and pour oil. Now gently mix all and make a crumbly mixture.
Take a green chilli and stuff this mixture into the chilli, keep repeating this process with all chillies.
Heat one teaspoon of oil, now arrange all the chillies into the pan gently, then cover it.
After sometime open the lid and rotate the chillies with tong and again cover it.
Keep repeating this process until Chillies are charred from bottom. Now you can have them roti ,paratha etc.or you can take them in travelling too. They are made without water so stuffed chillies can be kept for long.
