Indrani Rabri & Mishri Mawa
Ingredients for Indrani rabri
Milk – 400 gm (full cream milk)
Alum- small size like green peas( fitkari)
Sugar-1.5 or 2 tbsp
Cardamom powder-1 tsp
Process
In a wok pour milk and boil it.
When it is boiling add Alum/Fitkari and keep stirring it.After some time you will get small lumps.
Keep stirring it,milk will be thick now add cardamom powder & sugar too.
Here you can adjust consistency according to your taste,you can keep it more thick but we want it to be little runny.So turn off flame.
Let it cool down completely.
So your indrani rabri is ready to serve.
For Mishri Mawa
Milk -400 gm
Sugar-1.5 to 2 tbsp
Saffron-4-5 strings
cardamom powder -1 tsp
Dry fruits-For garnishing
Process
In a wok pour milk and boil it.
When it is boiling add Alum/Fitkari and keep stirring it.After some time you will get small lumps.
Keep stirring it,milk will be thick.
Now add sugar,cardamom powder and saffron which is soaked in 1 tsp lukewarm milk.
Keep stirring it.When sugar dilutes and milk gets thick then turn off flame.
Let it cool down completely.
Garnish with dry fruits. Enjoyyyyyy
