Flax Seeds Baked Diamond Crackers

In today’s time everyone want to have healthy food in their daily life.But there are so many recipes for them we don’t have ideas that how can we convert them into a healthy food. So for this, we brought a healthiest version of crackers that too made of Flax Seeds.
Yes people try to have flax seeds by any medium in their food.This is very good for health. Flax seed is anti cholesterol ,nutritious. It also controls High B.P., Blockage,Thyroid,Diabetes etc. There are so many benefits so give a look at our video recipe named “Flax Seeds Baked Diamond Crackers”.

Flax Seeds Baked Diamond Crackers


  1. Flax Seeds – 1/2 cup
  2. Wheat Flour-600 gm ( you can use multigrain flour too )
  3. Black Pepper Powder- 2 TSP
  4. Salt to Taste
  5. Oil -1/4 Cup or 2 big spoons


Roast flax seeds / alsi in a pan for 2-3 minutes only,  to check this method/process please watch our video 👆 , after then transfer Into a jar.And grind it to a fine powder.

Add this powder into a mixing bowl then add flour, black pepper, salt & oil. Now combine it well. After that add water slowly – slowly and knead tight / stiff / medium soft dough.And cover it for some time.

After some again knead the dough,  then take out big portions from dough then make a ball. Now spread some oil on rolling board then roll out a medium thick chapati.Cut into diamond shape, follow this step in our video👆.

Take a greased baking plate or use butter paper on it, and place all crackers on it and bake it for 180*C for 15-20 minutes.But while baking this keep an eye , because every oven has different temperature. 

When crackers are done let them cool, after cooing down you will find them more crispy that you won’t get right after baking.

You can fry them too.This also great in taste.

These healthy crackers can be store for long time ( baked or fried ).Enjoyyyy


You can use some spices too. You can use deep fry or shallow fry method.
