Burnt Sweet Corn Salad
1 teaspoon – ghee or butter
1 – Green chilli chopped
1- cup sweet corn
Salt to taste
1- boiled potato diced
50 -gram of diced paneer
1/ 4 tsp -black pepper powder
1- cup raw mango diced
1 cup cucumber diced
1 white onion chopped
Black salt to taste
1/2 teaspoon -roasted cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon- chaat masala
In a pan heat one teaspoon of ghee or butter.
Now add green chillies and fry for 30 seconds.
Then add sweet corn, sprinkle some salt. Now saute it on high flame to give burnt flavour.
When corns gets little burnt colour then and boiled diced potatoes and Paneer also.
Sprinkle some salt and black pepper powder. Now mix it very well. Sweet corns are ready for plating.
Add this mixture into a bowl. Add in diced raw mango, diced cucumber, chopped white onion, black salt, roasted cumin powder and some chaat masala.
Now mix it very well. Add some coriander leaves and mix everything together. So guys here your refreshing salad is ready.
When Ever you want make it either for lunch or lunch box, for evening munching time.It is very Easy to prepare.
And one more thing you can add more veggies according to your likes.
