Today presenting a side dish which goes well with roti, paratha or puri, that is made from Raw / Green Tomatoes.

- 400 gm / 6-7 pieces –Raw Tomatoes
- 6-7- less spicy green chilli ( Moti mirchi )
- 1 Tsp- chopped garlic
- 1/2 Tsp- Turmeric Powder
- Salt to Taste
- 1 Tbsp- Oil
- 1 Tsp- Cumin Seeds
- 1 Tsp- Mustard Seeds
- Pinch of Asafoetida / heeng
Heat oil in a pan or wok.Then add asafoetida / heeng in it then add cumin & mustard seeds and let them splutter.
Now add chopped garlic in it, when garlic is light brown then add green chilli ( less spicy ) and sprinkle some salt.
After 2-3 minutes add chopped green tomatoes, add some turmeric & salt.Now mix it very well and cover it.
Cook it till tomatoes are softened. You can see detailed in our video. This process won’t take much time.This sabji or side dish is ready to be served with roti or plain paratha or puri . Enjoyyyy
