Besan ke Laddu | Ganesh Chaturthi special

Hello friends,
The festive season is going on and another prasad recipe from the pan of Veggie Treasures ( VT ). This time we made offering to welcome Ganpati Bappa “Besan Ke Laddu”. So hit like and share button and say with us Ganpati Bappa Moria 🙏👏👏👏.

Besan Ke Laddu


  1. Besan – 1 cup
  2. Suji – 1/4 cup
  3. Ghee-3/4 cup
  4. Edible gum- 2 tbsp
  5. Dry fruits.


*Heat ghee in a pan,then add gum and fry them.They will puff and double in size.Take out in plate,let them cool.After some time make coarse powder with  pestle.

*Take a microwave safe pot,add suji and roast.It will take 2-3 minutes on high in Microwave.But after every 1 minute take out bowl stir,then again put in microwave & roast for another 1 minutes,repeat till you get light brown suji.When suji is done then transfer into a bowl.

*Now roast besan with the same process but it will take 4-5 minutes.

*In roasted besan add suji,cardamom powder,sugar powder,chopped dry fruits,edible gum powder and finally ghee.

*Mix it evenly,then start making Laddu,put a cashew slice on top of it.

Make rest of the Laddus like this and garnish with saffron strings and almonds julienne. Serve first to Ganesh gi. Enjoyyyy
