Crunchy Bhujia Paratha
- Bhujia Sev- As Required
- Potatoes- 2-3 Boiled & Mashed
- Chopped Onion- 1 Cup
- Chopped Green Chilli-1 Tbsp
- Kasoori Methi- 1 Tbsp ( dry fenugreek leaves )
- Mango / Aamchur Powder- 1 Tsp
- Lemon Juice- 1 Tsp
- Salt to Taste
- Red Chilli Powder-1 Tbsp
- Turmeric Powder- 1/2 Tsp
- Fennel Seeds- 1 Tsp
- Coriander Leaves Chopped- 2 Tbsp
- Garam Masala- Pinch
In a bowl add boiled & mashed potatoes, then add chopped onion, chopped green chilli, kasoori methi, mango / aamchur powder, salt, lemon juice, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, fennel seeds, coriander leaves garam masala & finally add bhujia Sev. Now mix them together evenly.
Here we have used wheat flour dough.Now take small ball from dough and roll out a small puri then put 2 big spoons of filling.And cover & seal it properly , as shown in our video,👆( If you follow this same step then you will not get hard portion in the centre of paratha )
Now roll this paratha but folded side should be down and roll from even side.When you roll out paratha then roast on heated griddle/tawa/pan up side down.
Flip paratha after some time apply some ghee/ butter/ oil on it then few minute later apply ghee/ butter/ oil.And cook till you get crispy & crunchy paratha.
When it is done then remove from it and serve hot with curd, pickle or roasted green chilli. Enjoyyyy
