Here i am presenting Summer special FALOODA for all of you 🙂

Chia seeds/ Sabja seeds-1 tbsp
Ice-cream – as required
Vermicelli -1 cup
Rose Syrup-as required
Dry Fruits-(almonds,Cashew nuts,Roasted pistachio)
1.Custard Powder-1 tbsp
2.Milk -1 cup
First of all add 1 tbsp of chia seeds into a bowl then soak it in 1/2 cup of water for 30 minutes.
We did 1 change,if you do not have falooda sev then you can choose vermicelli for this recipe.
To make vermicelli, take a wok/ kadahi add one glass of water, let it boil. then add vermicelli.
Cook it for sometime, when it is done drain vermicelli into a sieve. Then quickly pour 1 glass of cold water so that vermicelli will not stick together.
To make Custard, add 1 tbsp of custard powder in a bowl, mix it with 1 spoon of cold milk.
Heat 1 cup of milk in a pan, add sugar then slowly add custard liquid, stir it quickly. Boil it for 2-3 minutes and let it cool.
Take a serving glass and garnish it with rose syrup, then put 2 tsp chia seeds and add 1 tsp vermicelli.
Now place custard liquid, after that add ice-cream as much as you want.
Finish it with rose syrup.
Repeat this process one more time, then garnish with dry fruits and rose syrup.
