Quick Bread Poha
Ingredients:
- Bread Chopped- 5-6 Slices
- Onion Sliced -1
- Green Chilli Chopped- 1 tbsp
- deseeded Tomato Chopped – 1/2 cup
- Green Peas – 1/2 cup
- Sweet Corn kernels – 1/2 cup
- Oil- 2 tbsp
- Mustard Seeds- 1 tsp
- Fennel Seeds – 1 tsp
- Curry Leaves – 7-8
- Lemon juice of half lemon
- Coriander Leaves – 1 tbsp
- Sprouts for Garnishing
Method
Heat oil in a pan / wok add mustard seeds & fennel / saunf seeds into it and let them crackle.
Then add few curry leaves.Now add sliced onion & chopped green chilli. Fry them till onion turns light brown in colour.
Add chopped tomatoes, ( here we used deseeded tomato ) cook for 2-3 min.Then add green peas / matar & sweet corn kernels , cook them for 3-4 min. Now add turmeric & salt, mix it well.
Then add some water around 1-2 tbsp, then chopped bread, mix it properly . Now add lemon juice then again mmix it well.Add few coriander leaves. Garnish with any sprouts beans.
Serve this with juice or tea or coffee .This tasty breakfast is good for everyone. When you have it you won’t feel hungry for long time. Enjoyyyy
