Chocolate
Ingredients
- Cocoa Powder – 100 gm
- Powdered Sugar – 100 gm
- Corn Flour – 1 Tbsp
- Butter – 100 gm
Process
Take cocoa powder and sieve it.Then sieve sugar powder and corn flour through same sieve.
Mix powder properly with spoon or whisker.Keep it aside.
Take a pan with water and put it on flame and let it boil. When it is boiling then put another pan ( double boiler method ) . See in our video.👆👆👆
Add in butter and let it melt, now gradually add powder and stir continuously.Keep stirring it till it gets thick in consistency and sugar melts too.
After then pour this mixture into silicone moulds or any moulds and then tap it. Now Refrigerate it for an hour.
After An hour take out one by one chocolates from that mould. Enjoyyyy 🙂
