Besan/bengal gram- 1 cup
Sugar- 1/3 cup or 4.5 tbsp
Water/Milk- 2 cups
Ghee- 6 tbsp
Add ghee in a pan then add besan and mix it well.Cook it till besan mixture turns light brown in colour.
Now add hot milk, but add milk in batches so that no lumps will be formed.
Cook it for another 2-3 min.
Add sugar, cardamom powder and dry fruits , cook it well. Halwa will start to leave sides of pan.When sugar dilutes turn off flame.
Besan halwa is ready to serve. Enjoyyyy
