Creamy Mushroom Soup
- 100 gm – Mushrooms Chopped
- 1- small onion chopped
- 10 gm- butter
- 4 – Cloves / Laung
- 1/2 tsp- Black pepper powder
- 1 glass- water / vegetable stock
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp- milk
- 2-3 tbsp- fresh cream
- 1 tbsp-Corn flour & 2 tbsp- milk to make slurry
Add butter in a pan , quickly add cloves/Laung.Now add chopped onion,and fry onion till they become translucent.
Add chopped mushrooms,fry till they get softened.After then add water or vegetable stock.
Boil it for 3-4 minutes,so that mushrooms become more soft.Now let it put it aside.
Put these mushroom with water in a blender,and blend it well.
Take a bowl add corn flour & milk to make thin paste or slurry.
Take a pan add blended mushroom paste, boil it . Add black pepper powder,salt ,milk & fresh cream.
Give a quick stir.
You can add more water or milk for more liquid consistency, according to your taste.Soup is ready to be served.
Serve hot creamy soup with garlic bread or any other bread.Enjoyyyy😊
