Sambhar ka masala
Ingredients
1.Dry red chilly (whole)-250 gm
2.Whole dry coriander-50 gm
3.Fenugreek seeds (methidana)-1 tsp
4.Mustard seeds-1 tsp
5.Black pepper-1 tsp
6.Cloves-10-12
7.Cardamom Large (badi ilaichi)-1 tsp
8.Green cardamom-1 tsp
9.Cumin seeds-1 tsp
10.Bay leaves-2
11.Asafoetida-a pinch
Method
1.Roast each & every masala in a wok separately.
2.Roast chilly lastly.
3.After then grind them in a grinder separately.
4.Pack this Sambhar Masala in a tight container.
