This time we came up with navratri special recipe “Sabudana Kheer”,
1. Sago/Sabudana-1/2 cup
2. Milk- 1/2 kg
3. Sugar-3/4 cup
4. Pista julienne- 1 tsp
5. Almond julienne-1 tsp
6. Cardamom powder-1/2 tsp
First of all soak sago or Sabudana for 2-4 hours or overnight.
Add milk in a pan, give it a boil then add soaked Sabudana and stir it.
Boil it for 5-7 min.kheer will be thick in consistency, then add sugar into Kheer. When sugar diluted turn off the flame and add cardamom powder.
Sabudana Kheer is ready to serve.
Serve it hot or cold.This is a very quick dish, can be made in some minutes.
Good for fasting days.Enjoyyyy
You can made this Kheer like rice Kheer process but that will take more time, this way we can make it in 5-10 minutes.
