Today no baking or cooking (on gas :D) recipe, just a simple but a quick idea for making “Sprouts in Casserole” at home only.So guys please watch & share as much as possible.And give your valuable comments.
Sprouts in Casserole
Moth / matki bean – 3/4 cup
Water – 1 glass
To make sprouts at home you can use any type of whole beans, here we are taking Moth bean ( specially used for misal pav ).
Take Moth and wash it throughly in water then soak in enough water for 5-6 hours.
Then strain out water and let it dry for some time.To dry them use cotton cloth. Then add in a casserole.Cover it with a lid and keep it in a dry place for overnight .
In morning you will moths are grown up.Sprouts are ready to use in any recipe or you can take them as it is.
If you try to make any type of sprouts like this then you will not need any sprouts maker. Enjoyyyy 😊😊
