To change the taste and mood we are presenting a new recipe made from sabudana, but not Khichdi….It’s a Dosa….Sabudana Dosa 🙂 So guys please check out this video. Jai Mata Di
- 1 Cup- Sabudana / Sago
- 1 Glass- Water
- 1-2- Green Chilli Chopped
- 1/2 Inch- Ginger Chopped
- 1 Tsp- Cumin / Jeera
- Rock Salt to Taste
- 1 Bowl- Curd
- 1/2 Cup- Water
- 1/2 Cup- Rajgira flour
- 2 Tbsp- Coriander leaves
- Oil / Ghee
Soak Sabudana in one glass of water for overnight or 3-4 hours.
In a grinder add sabudana, chopped green chilli, ginger, cumin seeds, rock salt, curd and half cup of water.
Grind it and make a smooth batter.
Now add rajgira flour and mix it well then add chopped coriander leaves. To check the correct consistency of this batter see our video please.
Keep aside this batter for 5 to 7 minutes.
Heat a dosa pan / tawa or griddle , apply some oil or ghee then pour couple of spoons of batter but do not spread it so much.
Sprinkle some chilli powder , it’s optional. Then apply some ghee or oil then cover it for couple of minutes on medium heat , then flip it.
Again cover for couple of minutes on medium heat then take it out in a plate when it is done .
Enjoy this sabudana dosa with peanut chutney or curd.
